What is the difference between Mundo en Desnivel and Central Immersion?

Mundo en Desnivel is the tasting menu experience, built around 12 moments and 32 preparations inspired by Peru’s ecosystems. Central Immersion is a deeper experience that may include access to laboratories, creativity centers, tasting menu, and pairing.

Is the liquid pairing included?

Pairing depends on the selected experience. It may be optional for the tasting menu or included with the Central Immersion format, according to restaurant confirmation.

Can I choose different pairings for different guests?

In many cases, guests may request different pairing styles, such as wine-focused, Mater-based, or non-alcoholic options. Availability and final confirmation depend on the restaurant.

Can this experience be added to a Peru itinerary?

Yes. This experience works very well before or after a trip to Cusco, Machu Picchu, the Amazon, Arequipa, or Lake Titicaca.
